We are licensed by the state for a maximum of five residents with private and semi-private bedrooms, a family room, dining area, two full baths and a peaceful patio area for relaxation. The home is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. All rooms come with the option of being furnished or unfurnished, with premium cable service. CONVENIENT LOCATION
Sunrise Gardens Assisted Living Home is conveniently located in a quiet, family oriented, residential neighborhood at 13045 W Port Royale Ln, El Mirage, AZ 85335.
We are off of Dysart Road and Greenway Road. We are just minutes from the I-60 freeway, Banner Boswell Medical Center, Banner Del Webb Medical Center, many doctors offices and clinics in the Sun City area, shopping, banking and entertainment.

DEDICATED STAFF
We have trained and experienced staff dedicated to your loved ones well being. Our caregivers are state certified with years of experience. We update the resident service plans in compliance with the Department of Health, monitor vital signs and meet with the physician to discuss any new or existing concerns. We also partner with hospice staff to ensure that our residents needs are being met.
The Manager is a Registered Nurse and oversees the care of each resident. We are diligent advocates and strive to ensure each resident’s emotional, spiritual and physical needs are being met.
MEDICAL PROVIDER
We have an in house medical provider for all your medical needs. If you choose to use our in-house provider services, all appointments will be scheduled in-house including: X-ray, Ultrasound, dental care, podiatrist, labs and more. No need for any transportation for routine medical care services.
LUXURIOUS AMENITIES
We know that the transition from the comfort of your own home to an assisted living home can be a difficult adjustment for your loved one. We offer luxurious amenities to help ease the transition including private and semi-private, furnished or unfurnished rooms. A spacious master bedroom with private bath is also available. There is an open common area perfect for family gatherings and a backyard with a covered patio area. Daily home cooked meals and a calm and quiet restful environment are just a few of the amenities we offer to our residents.
